Jesus Has Left…

Jesus Has Left the Building and We’re Following Him®

As an expression of their commitment to community

outreach, the people of HOPE began the innovative

program, Jesus Has Left the Building and We’re Following

Him. Four times a year, normally on the fifth Sunday of a

month, HOPE turns its worship into workship. On these

four Sundays, HOPE does not worship in a building, but

gathers in working teams to serve in the community.

Through Jesus Has Left the Building and We’re Following

Him, HOPE has:

- Fed homeless families

- Built sustainable farms with Heifer Project International

- Renovated group homes

- Refurbished community policing facilities

- Provided school supplies to indigent children

- Built church camp housing

- And much, much, much, much, much, much more…
